Week 7 – Half Way Check Point

Can you believe you’re at the half way mark already? 

Congratulations on your progress so far, no matter how big or small. Our goal in the next half of the program is to consolidate the great habits you’ve begun, switch things up where needed and to redefine what it is you’d like to get out of the next 6 weeks.  It’s all about doing the small things consistently, and taking steps towards the healthiest version of yourself.

 

So now, it’s time to reflect…

What have you achieved so far? Stop and think about where you were at the start of the program.  What improvements have you seen in your health and wellbeing? What new habits have you formed?

 

It’s easy to forget about the wins when you’ve still got a way to go to reach your goal, but we’d really encourage you to take stock and celebrate those wins now!  What are you most proud of? How is your body different? What things have become easier? 

 

And then….

What areas would you still like to see improvements in? What does the healthiest version of yourself look like? What would you need to change in order to get there?

 

You might have encountered some stumbling blocks along the way or have had greater success than you’d imagined you could. So now is a good time to reset your goals if needed. 

 

So go ahead and get out your goal setting booklet – check your progress, celebrate your wins and recalibrate your goals for the second half of the program.   Your Alevia Doctor is here to support you every step of the way.
