How Telehealth Consultations Work
Our Telehealth consultations mean that you can receive the same excellent medical care and individualised treatment from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Australia.
To get started, you’ll need a set of reliable scales at home so you and your doctor can monitor your weight and progress from your home.
Telehealth consultations work the exact same as a face-to-face consultation. You’ll be able to talk to your doctor confidentially, receive medical advice and support and have your data stored securely in our system. If your doctor prescribes you a medication, we can send your e-script to your email or via SMS.
PLEASE NOTE: You will only be eligible for a Medicare rebate for your Telehealth appointments, if you have had a face-to-face appointment with us in the last 12 months (as stipulated by the Australian Government). If not, you will be out of pocket our full fees.
